Politicians play
Without meaning
Rhetoric deliberate
To boost own image
At the expense
Of peace, coexistence
And human values!

गुल अब भी यहां गुंचों में सजे हैं
देख तितलियां और भंवरे डटे हैं
अपनी-अपनी फ़ितरत है साहब
फिर भी अरमान दोनों के सजे हैं
गुलों को मुस्तकबिल की फ़िक्र है
उनके हिस्से के यही काम बचे हैं
दोनों के ही अपने काम हो रहे हैं
फिर काहे को ये कोहराम मचे हैं
