न आँखों की भाषा पढ़ पाए न ख़ामोशी की
मुस्कराहट के इशारे भी समझ नहीं पाए थे
बस एक ज़ुबान का ही था सहारा अब बाक़ी
लाख क़ोशिश कर भी उसे खोल नहीं पाए थे
Couldn't read either the language of the eyes or words of silence
Nor could I understand all those hints given through those smiles
The course open remained to me now was the use of the spoken words
Even after the hundreds of my efforts I couldn't take that recourse
