Development too Leads to Destruction: World must help out the Japanese

Japan's ordeal once again proves that the development too has a price tag; apart from economic and environmental costs. The ongoing wrath of the nature and its destructive fury, is unparallelled. Japanese have seen the disaster all along through the centuries; but not to this massive scale and unexpectedly.

I feel bad for the Japs, who have been the sole victims of the nuclear war; and now going through the nuclear devastation (pray that they don't!)due to radiation threats. The most hardworking people the Worls has ever seen in the 20th centuray, are the Japs. The devastated nation got converted to the economic superpower; and also encouraged the other Asian nations to emulate them (happenning now already)in the path of financial, economic, social, educationals and infrastructure development.

Destruction may follow the development anywhere, if the consequences are are not anticipated. The good earth is now fragile earth; due to innumerous nuclear tests, war weapons, environmental degradation; and many more man made impacts. Its time to rethink about the use of simple and appropriate technology (to the extent possible) and to make life simpler by living in harmony with the Earth. The 'riches to rags' story may reverse the proverbial 'rags to riches'one; if still we do not awaken and take positive lessons from the current fury of the nature.

The developing and developed nations must not be ignoring the similar threats in the times to come in their own boundaries. Most important lesson is to safeguard the nuclear powe plants and relocate them, where necessary. Anys costs to this will be work incurring for them. No nuclear power plants should be in areas with Sunami possibilities or too close to the sea.

Further, it is the pius duty of the entire community of nationas to help Japan through all means. There is no country in the World today which is not directly or indirectly the beneficiery of the Japan's financial, technical or economic development assistance.

Its time to repay the benevolence debts of the Japanese and also be on their sides in this hour of deep crisis. The World must ensure that the Japan resurrects ASAP and bounses back as the economic superpower.
Amen!
