Snatching power to become ruler
By any of the hooks and crooks
Who cares about the citizen here?
They anyways like the gimmicks
Patriotism and nation building is
Far away from their favorite flicks
What people feel, think or suffer
Has nothing to do with their tricks
Only purpose sounds fascinating
To the politicians, their side kicks
Make merry become rich overnight
In most of these banana republics!
