Imbalance

In the race of getting rich
And making a quick buck
In the developing countries
Or the developed ones
Everyone has prospered
But the ‘nations’ didn’t
Nations becoming victims
Of rat race of the people
Their ambitions, aspirations
National and international
Talking about global village
Haven’t looked after here
Even to their own villages
The balance is in imbalance
Humans are now machines
Family bonds, cultures are extinct
Humanity is now an old tale
Some people may often think
Is this what we really wanted?
